The project "Solution Dosing Station in the Hot Cyanidation Process" for ALEL FIC JSC was completed.
Specialists of AltynTech performed: engineering solution development, design, equipment selection, installation, delivery to JSC FIK "ALEL", start-up and adjustment on production and working tests of the station.
The solution dosing station performs the functions of maintaining the required level of cyanide solution in the hot cyanidation technology. The solution dosing station consists of the following components:
- flow container, 2 cubic meters in volume, with elements of control of the solution level and shutoff valves;
- a pumping station consisting of 5 pumping units for pumping the dosed NaCN solution, flow control and flow metering system along the lines, line protection system for overpressure, with elements of shutoff valves, detachable fittings and pipelines;
- control cabinet.
It is possible to control manually and automatically using the operator panel to select the technological parameters of the station.
The launch of the plant was planned for the spring of 2020, but for reasons beyond our company's control, it was performed in November.
